1) Take your Think Love Vibe wristband off.
2) Turn your Think Love Vibe Wristband inside out.
3) Turn your computer monitor to FULL brightness. If you have a Contrast button please turn that to FULL as well.
4) We DO NOT want light in the room. Please close all curtains, blinds and shutters to stop sunlight coming into the room. Then TURN OFF the lights in the room.
